I think you may be too pessimistic about the outcome of Trump v. Casa, the Supreme Court birthright citizenship case that struck down nationwide injunctions. Those injunctions are just one of several ways the courts can order an executive to stop unconstitutional action across the entire country. Sadly, I think the most we can hope from our judiciary is this cat-and-mouse game with Trump. But since that is where we are at, I have confidence that our district courts will play it well.
